Turun berapa kg dalam berapa lama ? Terus kembali naiknya setelah berapa lama kak,, klo naik turun bisa jadi yoyo diet kak..

@jannahkha , awal diet bln feb, 61kg.. bs turun sampe.56kg , sekitar 3bln , stlh itu berat balik lg ke.bb awal.. blm tercapai target,, tp makannya udah lose control aja... 🤭
