Hari pertama coba diet sambil puasa. Saur : susu skim milk greenfield sama 2 potong apel.. Buka : 2 putih telow rebus sama 1gelas jeruk abc. Bismillah mau coba seminggu dulu katanya bisa sampe 5kilo turunnya
