Sebelumnya pernah diet mayo, setahun sekali selama 3 tahun, dalam 13 hari turun 5 kilo, seneng bisa turun cepet tapi abis gitu naik lagi perlahan karna balik ke makan normal+nyemil+minum manis sesuka hati+gak olahraga. Sekarang mau diet yang bener2 dijadiin lifestyle gak cuma sementara waktu. Walaupun turunnya lebih lama, tapi gpp asalkan konsisten dan sehat. Mangat kalian jugaaaa!!
