Hope your legs are feeling better from all that running you did a week ago. And I don’t see why you couldn’t run when you want to run, and walk when you need to walk during the 5k. After all, you’re there for you—not the “athletic people”, and I’m thinking that just by having the guts to go through with this that you’re up there with the “athletic “ one’s as well. 👍🏻😊
