Ok. So last week, I ate a meal with cheese. Not uncommon for me at all. I also ate three WW ice cream bars in a week. Well I started to get a bad stomach ache. It lasted about 3-4 days. It finally went away a few days ago.
Last night for dinner I ate another meal with a little provolone cheese and I also ate a WW ice cream bar. Same stomach ache.
I know with all the fiber, I am in the bathroom a lot more and my stomach feels weird a lot. So...is it the fiber or is it the cheese that is binding me up?
Not sure but for now...no cheese or WW bars! Geesh!

Kelly is sounds more like a dairy problem if it's only happening with ice cream and cheese. Lay off of them for a week or so and see how you feel. Cheese has more protein and is more likely to bind you up and fiber is what helps keep you regular so it's more likely the dairy itself that's affecting you. The stomach ache could also be gas if you are eating a lot of gassy foods it'll cause cramps.

Cheese constipates some people...but oh soooo yummy! :) Seems to happen with dairy products....maybe you're lactose intolerant?
