I had a banana for breakfast with a cup of cranberry juice. I'm having a carrot for one snack and a trailmix bar for another snack. For lunch I'm having a chicken salad. And for dinner, I'm having red salmon (grilled), with veggies and half cup of rice. I'll be going to ride my bike for 30 minutes and then speed walk on the treadmill for 25 minutes later on tonight. I plan for today to be a great success! Now here I go!
60.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If you add protien to your breakfast it should help keep you full longer. I've read it's best to have some protein at every meal. Just some advise, you don't have to take it ;)
