Day 4 of 3 day water fast

I weighed in after I left the gym and went grocery shopping at Walmart this morning. I've drunk a little bit of Gatorade zero. I'm currently sipping chicken broth and eating wheat crackers. After 3 sips and a few crackers I literally feel as though my stomach is about to explode. I'm laying down to relax but as I'm laying down my stomach is bubbling and making noise. That's probably all I'll have until dinner time. I'm really hoping I'll be able to enjoy some 4th of July cookout food so fingers crossed!
137.2 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If I am working out when water fasting I must take an electrolyte supplement multiple times during the day. Electrolyte imbalance will put me in the hospital before dehydration. I'm not sure if Gatorade Zero will give you the amount of electrolytes that you need. Anyway, good luck on your fast!

Adefwebserver oh I kept my electrolytes balanced during my water fast I had 2 tsp of sea salt in water each morning. My water ended this morning. So I'm easing back into other beverages and food today.

HI Karissa starving yourself between meals is a very bad Idea. Remember the main key is portion sizes and avoid the fried foods salt intake retain water that alone causes us to gain water weight also sugar is another one to avoid in large amounts it turns to fats which is harder to get rid than water weight check out them tips and watch the weight peel off happy to be of assistance.

@Jim Land thanks for tips. In abnormal day I have breakfast lunch and dinner with 1 or 2 snacks in between. But since I just did my first water fast for 3 days I came off the fast Thursday morning and haven't been able to eat much yet.

I don't know if you know that gatorade has a high level amount of salt you should take that out of your diet unless you are playing football or basketball for a professional team .everybody on this site will not share the do's and don'ts with you that salt will lead to bigger problems for you.!
