Today is a new day and a new year. I will start boot camp today and begin tomorrow to cut back. I am doing this for myself. I always worry about what other people think, but no more. I know I will never be a size 10 again, but trying to watch what I eat and to maintain my health is all that matters. My husband loves me for me and he does support me. I am very bless having him supporting me during this new year.
