Day 1 of 3 on water fast and current weight

Today has not been too hard BUT I am noticing how much we use food as crutch. Now I have to find new coping mechanisms. Drinking half my weight in water has been a challenge today. I also hate the taste of the sea salt added to my water. Seems like the day is going by very slow without food. If by day 3 I feel like I can go father I'll try to push myself to 5 days water fasting.
139.0 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
