I have been tracking again since 2 January as part of my goals for the new year. I have trouble keeping my sodium down which is important. Calories avg for those four days was 2028.5 and sodium avg was 3680.5 My goal for this week is to reduce the calorie intake to 1900 calories and 2500 sodium which is still too high but it is a start. Check in next sunday again.
