6/28 減醣減碳第3天。體重74.1 體脂:?☀️
喝水量約1500cc 23:00 吃完五香乖乖一包
早餐 自製起士蛋吐司(分段吃完到中午)
午餐 雞肉飯便當 (白飯半碗,配菜全)苦瓜排骨湯
晚餐 鮮蝦沙拉、鮮魚湯、蒸蛋、兩片炸排骨、雞肉串
運動: 無。不過昨天太熱了狂流汗😅😅😅
很巧的是 去年的6/29也是74.1kg....要有決心瘦到很健康,會的..一定可以突破、一定可以達標! 加油 加油!🧘🏻♂️

喝水是很大的關鍵喔,一天建議最好2500cc以上較好 😅😅😅

認同....一直無法達標啊。昨天好想也沒有喝滿水量,今害啊!哈哈😅😅😅
