改成了最終目標,後來才發現這個目標訂的好高😅 肌肉不掉的情況,瘦到55,體脂才18%😱 我想這是個長期抗戰,最熟悉的陌生朋友們~ 我還會繼續待好一陣子,繼續請多多指教🤣🤣 (雖然家裡體脂都顯示32%,不過inbody都測到28%🤔)

因為家裡的電流只量的到腿,inbody可以量到四肢~不過都不準,只能看相對值,脂肪夾最準,但要有人幫忙量😭
