Someone once told me that while working out in the morning is the best for your body, if it's not something you can do consistantly, you're better working out in the afternoon or evening. I never could manage to get up and work out, so while I was working a 8-5 job I would go straight from work to the gym and get my work out in before I even went home. It was a habit I could stick to, and that's the most important part.
