hang my head in shame! I have been 'on holiday' off work and away with the children to Legoland and its been an eat fest! Trying desperately to get back on track and its soooooooo hard!

Aw, I know it's hard to get back on track when you've been out of the loop for a while. But in the grand scheme of things, you're still done great and will have those few little lbs off again in no time. ;o)
