I know it’s water weight but it is very nice to see 174.🤗
But another farewell dinner. My friends are cooking Spanish food for me. I will bring Japanese food. Well,I will enjoy it.

My daughters and I am having a photo shooting session in this Thursday. So I really wanted to shed couple more ponds. But I enjoy time with friends and keep the same weight will be my goal of this week.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 79.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
