Alright, so last week from Thursday to Saturday, I was doing great! Then, I went to stay with my sister for about 6 days, and it really set me off with eating and exercising. So starting again today, I'm hitting at my goal. I'm 135 lbs, still. And I wanna lose as much as weight as I can towards my goal weight by time school starts. And I exercised for an hour so far today, and then before bed I'll power walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes.
