i went off the rails a couple of times since my last weigh-in. once to my girlfriends: went out for dinner and had chocolate cake for dessert. the second time my son took me to a movie double feature: ate buttered popcorn, milk duds and nachos with cheese. i was a bad girl! on the whole it's working out well. no feelings of hunger and the diet is very easy to stick to. i am in love with splenda. my next big hurdle will be my husbands birthday. he has requested rouladen, mash potatoes and corn with apple pie and icecream for dessert. wish me luck!!!
