It seemed only honest to track the results of my holiday eating/lack of exercise on New Year's Day. With the rest of America, this week will hopefully act as a catalyst to get back on the healthy living wagon. Never going to break 150, much less my 140 goal if I don't get serious. And getting in shape for strength-building needs to be priority #1.#1. Vacation is over; back to work.
