一年後沒有控制飲食,體重不但打回原形,還直直上升😱😱😱64.7KG嚇到寶寶了😭不求回到s號,m就可以了!初階設定減到60公斤,持續第五天了,被老公誘惑揪吃好料,淡定拒絕也終於撐過了晚餐,可是怎麼突然好想吃臭豆腐😬🤭💪💪💪NONONO...意志力啊!
