Selama abis liburan kemarin dan selama puasa ga pernah nyatet kalori masuk hahaha udah males banget. Yg penting tau lah takaran porsi yg kita makan dan jangan kebanyakan ngemil. Alhamdulillah sih cuma turun 400 gram wkwkwk
