I've done fasting and ate yesterday. I thought i would've gained weight... very interesting. I want to celebrate with food but instead i hit the gym.
82.2 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 82.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
