Hmm must've missed a couple of cups of coffee somewhere as a good friend recently said re .6 *g* I wonder what happened 2days ago? Cos that's the lag I give for the effects to show... Oh well no doubt those three bowls & the commencement of neo consistently and just eating when hungry will even things out over time. Had fried rice for breakie today... Not too much wrong :0) my craving at the moment is bickies and tea, something soothing about that.. Dunking. Ah. Day with all the kids tomorrow, full on. Early night for me.
