Definitely was the flan. I had Raymundos caramel flan for 130 calories and I'm up 0.6 🤪

Why do you need a deficit at all? Can't you just eat and eat and workout- or am I confusing you with Diablo?

I like your goal! I think it would take someone years to get to the weights D is lifting. He’s had 20 years experience after all 😉.

Actually- don't want to burst your bubble- but it only took about 3 years for him to be in awesome shape. 5 years to be as big as he is now. :) Of course, he was in his 20's so that will play a part in it, I'm sure.

You def seem to be on the fight track! And I wish eating wasn't so "effortless" for me. ;) Goodnight!

So I’ve got almost 3 years then 😁. Sorry Chris, how long have you been lifting? You might be topping out soon! (Joking lol).

Hey and don't feel bad... Diablo's chest is bigger than mine, too. Should I get a shirt that says, "My husband's chest is bigger than mine"? Or stick with the bumper sticker "my husband is my app"?
