Did good until last night. I was working at a concert and ended up with a cold crappy soft pretzel and a crappy order of Nachos. If Im going to be forced to pay for processed cheese, it better damn well be hot. This was not, but I ate it all because Im weak. Ok, it was just a weak moment and it showed up this morning on the scale. Then I had a crappy day old donut this morning. I dont know why it looked so appealing when I was literally warming up my breakfast. So of course I had both. I know that part of the problem is not getting enough sleep. The past two days have been long and Im tired. Its another long day today with my full time job, workout, and then my seasonal p/t job. Looking forward to going to bed already.
