WooHoo! My first sub-190 weigh in since I restarted in July. I guess all the snow shoveling yesterday worked off the spaghetti dinner.
86.0 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
