Two week weigh in! And I am officially 2.3kg lighter than I was when I started this diet! This is a proud moment, I feel good! ^^ I really feel that I'm going to stick to healthy eating this time. I have never lasted two weeks before, and I'm just constantly thinking about it all, which is a good sign. Like yesterday for example, it was raining all day so I couldn't go on my walk or go swimming. I could have done the crosstrainer, but I don't like the thing. So I decided not to do any exercise. So I ate less! It wasn't easy, but I did it. Three square meals. All healthy. No snacking. I'm not sure I can stick to the no snacking rule everyday, but it's good to know I can do it if I have to. Like on a no exercise day. YAAAAAAAY!
