Hello tout le monde, je suis trop contente, ce matin en montant sur ma balance. Je fais 84.400kg
J'ai donc perdu 4.500 a environ 1 mois 1/2 avec quelques petits plaisir gourmants le dimanche.
Plus que 9.400kg et j'atteins mon objectif.
