Sorry again for not being around much....just so busy this summer! Good news is that all the BBQs aren't keeping me off the beach!

78.8 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg. Still to go: 6.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

busy summer time seems to be going around... but at least it has us out and doing things and that's good! (isn't it?) You lost more weight and are busy and having fun. Sounds like a beautiful life
