I must have been retaining water and/or um, something else lol. While speaking to my new trainer I realize how important it is to NOT do heavy lifting EVERY DAY. You do not go after PRs every day. That causes a lot of issues in the body. Sometimes you need to just do body weight exercises and slow it down to allow your body to reset. Today will be an off day at the gym, or I will just go to run club, no weights. And yesterday's crossfit WOD was more cardio than weight so that helped too.
94.8 kg Lost so far: 61.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week

Fantastic loss! YES - new trainer is so right - you gotta rest a bit and alternate the heavy days.
