2.6 lbs. up in one day? A temporary spike I am sure after dining out at our favorite Tex-Mex joint and then a couple snacks late at a social gathering. Should be good by Monday morning if I moderately behave today and tomorrow.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
