I've always heard you should weigh yourself in the morning. So that will be my relative time to weigh myself. Morning weight I am a little over 23 pounds. Since the Wii doesn't tell you the .00 difference between weight, only BMI (From what I can tell anyway) any number after the whole pounds of weight is just a guess from me. However, I am still proud of myself. I was aware of losing weight since the last time I saw my doctor, but I also had a point of gaining some back as well. Needless to say, I feel like I'm in the right direction. :)
