I have great difficulty late afternoon, into the dinner hour despite my snacks and then after dinner I am pooched from the day to go out for a walk or exercise. Hopefully with nicer weather, I will find some energy.
92 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 28.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
