A little slower drop over the past 3 weeks, but it's picking up again. Instead of my monthly popcorn fest, I opted for a celebration dinner at the Red Lobster with my hubby, which included the biscuits and a sweet drink. Then it was back to full on keto. My body didn't really react poorly so I think it's safe to say I'm fully keto/fat adapted.
The next phase is to focus on physical activity. I will start building my fitness plan this week.
