Ran my 2nd 5k yesterday with my Crossfit box. Even though most of them ran way faster than I did, I crossed the finish line to find a group of them waiting for me. Official time was 40:27, I think 2-3 minutes faster than my 5k a month ago.
Also made my own sides for thanksgiving, cauliflower mashed, broccoli coleslaw, and green beans. No cheating.
