I've slipped big time. I haven't logged in for three months, and I'm really disgusted with myself. Travel and vacation has paid a big part in my slip-up-but those are going to continue, so I have to learn how to deal with it. I'm ready to start up again and have put a smaller goal in place....12 pounds by July 31. I really want to do it this time!!
