Makan apa sajer yg biasa makan makanan kegemaran harian.. asalkan SEPARUH drp biasa.
Kalau biasa sarapan roti canai 2 keping, skrg makan sekeping & kuah dal/kari separuh.
Kalau suka minum teh tarik, minum tinggalkan separuh. Makan nasi separuh pinggan.. dan semuanya separuh.
