Yes! Another 1.5 pounds gone. I’m so pleased with the combination of 5:2 and 16:8... it really works well for me!

I’ve got book club today and that’s often a bit of a calorie extravaganza, but only if I let it! And since it’ll be my only meal of the day, it should be fine if I am cautious.

Yesterday when I got hungry I roasted some baby carrots in a spritz of olive oil and some seasoned spices, and MAN was that a delicious snack. Just a week ago I would have been going straight for the potato chips and eating half the bag. But things are changing! *I* am changing.

Feels good. :-)
78.0 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.8 kg a Week
