I’ve lost 2.5 pounds since I started on Monday. I knew I could do this, and I can. I am absolutely on target.
Now to the challenges of the weekend! It’ll be a lot of fun and socializing, but I’ve got my eyes on the prize. No caloric blow-outs for me!
