A tenth of a pound loss... would have liked to see the needle move a little more than THAT. But it's fine. Holding steady is better than gaining.
My habits are already resetting! I have successfully 16:8ed every weekday, as planned, and my body is getting used to that rhythm now. I had two successful 500-calorie days, also as planned. I had one social, fun, higher-calorie dinner night Wednesday, also as planned. I get to live my life along this journey too!
Now to the weekend, where I could undo it all, if I'm not careful. Luckily, I do intend to be careful. Eyes on the prize.
Wearing my too-small leather jacket today. I don't care how embarrassing it looks. Wearing it reminds me to keep visualizing and imagining how perfectly it's going to fit in mid-June.
