Weight loss is slow...uggghhh. I'm probably eating too few calories and because I wasn't exercising regularly, if at all, until recently, the scale wasn't budging. I want to get to 90 pounds but I want to get there by burning up the lard on my body. Temperatures have been excruciating though, which limits the times available to work out and the locations.
43.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
