The Last 10 day have been full of stress. My Mum was told she has lung Cancer and it has moved into the bones. I have gone to food for comfort and have gained back 5 pounds I really have to work at getting back to it.

120.2 kg Lost so far: 31.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
