How did i gain 2.4 lbs in 3.5 days?????
71.9 kg Lost so far: 34.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 1.5 kg a Week

Well, if you stayed on plan it could be: hormones, sodium in food, change in exercise plan, stress, medications, etc. So drink up lots of water and watch your sodium intake and hopefully it will go away as quickly as it came.
