A "benefit" of a stomach bug seems to be deceptively fast apparent weight loss. It's put me into the orange zone (weight loss of 25%), though maybe not any faster than if I experienced normal fluctuations in water retention etc. In any event, I won't be disappointed if I move back up into the red zone again for a few more days before dropping back down again.
