@farihasalsa Olahraga ala ala say.. pakai aplikasi namanya "kebugaran wanita" cari aja di playstore, cuman 15-30mnit sehari aku seminggu cuman 3x selang seling. karna pemula biar bdn gak kaget yg slow slow aja hehehe
