Not enough sleep last night...Having some water retention and no bm before work today. Also mixed veggies yesterday and had 1/2 cup of tomatoes and 1/2 cup yellow squash.
74.1 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
