TOM is finally gone and I still show a gain...again. I really wish I could stop playing wth these same pounds every month! VERY frustrating.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

HUH-site would not let me record another new journal entry! I went to some other RDI calculation sites this morning to see what my average RDI would be. This site lists it at 1800; most other sites were lower than that. I know we don't count calories on Atkins, but the average for me based on 5 different calculations is 1500 not 1800, so I changed it and will go with that for a couple of weeks to see if that helps. I ALWAYS have a deficit and if weight loss is partially based on calorie deficit then I don't know what is going on. I am retaining a lot more water than usual over the past 3-4 days so that accounts for some of the gain I am showing...not sure why I am retaining though-unless salt is in my foods naturally, I am not adding extra...sigh.
