woke up this morning pretty early. I decided to weigh myself because it has been a week since I did that. Next week I will be on a different scale so it might read differently, but I think I'll keep recording my home weight here.

89.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 39.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
