Yay progress!!! I just need to stay below 155 for 1 more weigh in and then I will believe it! Haven't been below 155 for a whiiiile!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
