Bad night with cravings.. Had too many calories and leg cramps to go with it. Something is awray?? Finished Bryers 1/2 of icecream carton with Peterpan Peanut butter with some cereal 2000 worth of calories.

Good start with 50 min at around 130 bpm on recumbant bike this morning.

Will have minimal breakfast to start morning then extra healthy lunch to help off-set the high calorie midnight snacking.

Looking forward to the weekend.


Back to zero for starting fun for the weekend

I'm thinking about a super protein shake or a cool-whip protein concockstion??????
