I worry that yesterday's birthday cookie at my niece's party might have been too many carbs, but calorie wise I stayed under 1,400 for the day so I hope I don't see a delayed rise tomorrow as I often do. It was nice seeing the drop today. Logging for accountability helps. my meal plan for today keeps me under 1,400 but I am really looking forward to it. So yummy.
